Purpose
----------------
Returns the non-zero values in a sparse matrix, as well as their corresponding row and column indices.

Format

    :param x: data
    :type x: MxN sparse matrix

    :return vals: non-zero values in *x*.

    :rtype vals: Nx1 vector

    :return rinds: row indices of corresponding non-zero values.

    :rtype rinds: Nx1 vector

    :return cinds: column indices of corresponding non-zero values.

    :rtype cinds: Nx1 vector
