Purpose

Computes the corrected Akaike's information criterion from loglikelihood.

    :param df: Degrees of freedom.
    :type df: Scalar

    :param numObs: Number of observations.

    :return aicc: Computed corrected Akaike's information criterion.
    :rtype aicc: Scalar
