endp

Purpose

Closes a procedure or keyword definition.

Format

endp()

Examples

proc regress(y, x);
   retp(inv(x'x)*x'y);
endp;

x = { 1 3 2, 7 4 9, 1 1 6, 3 3 2 };
y = { 3, 5, 2, 7 };

b = regress(y, x);

After executing the above code:

    0.1546
b = 1.5028
   -0.1284

Remarks

The endp statement marks the end of a procedure definition that began with a proc statement or keyword statement. (For details on writing and using procedures, see the Procedures and Keywords Chapter.)
