plotSetXTicPosition

Purpose

Controls if the x-axis tick is inside or outside the x-axis line.

Format

plotSetXTicPosition(&myPlot, position)
Parameters:
  • &myPlot (struct pointer) – A plotControl structure pointer.

  • position (string) – Position of the ticks. Options: ["outside", "inside", "hidden"].

// Set ticks to be inside the plot
plotSetXTicPosition(&myPlot, "inside");

Remarks

Note

This function sets an attribute in a plotControl structure. It does not affect an existing graph, or a new graph drawn using the default settings that are accessible from the Tools > Preferences > Graphics menu.
